JOB SUMMARY:
Large retail head office seeks to employ an experienced Call Center Manager who has gained experience in cellular campaigns. Offices are based in Sandton.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements

Matric- additional tertiary qualifications advantageous
RE5 / RE7 Highly Advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an OUTBOUND cellular or financial services environment required
No customer care or inbound call centre experience will be considered
Must be computer literate (Excel and Word)
Must have extensive cold calling experience

Duties and responsibilities

Oversee and assume full responsibility for managing the performance of team leaders and agents (approximately 35 staff to start)
Train and develop staff on the job so as to maximise and grow sales.
Increase sales revenue and achieve targets allocated to you.
Report results on a daily weekly and monthly basis to Management on the performance of the Call Centres
Recruit staff, as necessary.
Ensure that daily reports are compiled and sent to management.
It is a fundamental requirement that all sales are monitored to ensure that the sale is followed through and the process completed.
Ensure that the staff are well motivated at all times.
Perform any other functions as directed by the general Manager from time to time, related to the Call Centres.

Position offers a low basic but a very lucrative commission structure
