JOB SUMMARY:
Large retail head office seeks to employ an experienced Outbound Call Center Team Leader who has gained experience in cellular campaigns. Offices are based in Sandton.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements

Matric- additional tertiary qualifications advantageous
RE5 / RE7 Highly Advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an OUTBOUND cellular or financial services environment required
No customer care or inbound call centre experience will be considered
Must be computer literate (Excel and Word)
Must have extensive cold calling experience

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for Call Center Staff on your team
Motivate and drive staff
Manage call targets
Problem solving
Reporting
Manage sales
Ensure that the staff are well motivated at all times

Position offers a low basic but a very lucrative commission structure
