JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, an internet marketing and social media advertising organisation, has a vacancy for a Call Centre Agent with strong telesales skills and a passion for sales.
Candidates must be well-spoken and energetic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric and clear verifications
  • Previous Call Centre or Customer Services or Sales/Telesales experience
  • Good command of English and Afrikaans
  • Good typing skills
  • A sales background would be an advantage.
  • Confident, outgoing and energetic
  • Strong social skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Overtime for two Saturdays a month will be required
  • Hybrid Work Model (working from home)

Responsibilities:
  • Calling prospective clients to discuss the prospects and business support functions
  • Liaising with customers
  • Explaining services
  • General admin
