JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Answer incoming telephone enquiries across the companies product range, responding to them and documenting resolution
Maintain customer relationships both internally and externally
Calculating costs / prices for customer policies
Take ownership for incoming enquiries ensuring complete customer satisfaction and query resolution
To keep company records up to date

Skills and experience required for the Call Centre - Customer Service role:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written as well as customer care
Good IT and excellent numeracy skills

No Experience Required- Training will be Provided.
