JOB SUMMARY:
Call Centre Agent Inbound

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful Call Centre Agent will be responsible for:

Timely, complete resolution of problems
Scheduling of on-site visits by the Technical Engineers
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by professional technical assistance standards
Managing the collection feedback data related to the products
Effectively recording and management of incoming cases
Acting as first-line in troubleshooting
Maintaining data accuracy within the working systems

The Call Centre Agent will have:

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

NO EXPERIENCE WILL BE NEEDED AS WE PROVIDE TRAINING.
