Well established law firm in Johannesburg is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Call Centre Agent, specialising in Insurance Recoveries to work remotely or from their Johannesburg office

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in a Call Centre as well as previous insurance recoveries experience
Must be deadline-driven and able to work from home
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to effectively handle confidential information
Must be computer literate
Must be available immediately
