CALL CENTRE AGENT – INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN (UK & USA)

Six months or more in Sales Experience

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Traceable references

Basic of R4 020.00 plus commission

Night Shift Allowance – R1 000.00 & attendance allowance

Mon - Fri (6pm to 3am) incl. weekends with a 2 day off break

The employee also qualifies for a R6000 bonus after 6 months –

(this is broken up to R1000 monthly after the 6th month)

5 Week Training is provided
