Job Description
A well-established international company is seeking a compassionate and experienced Call Centre Agent with a background in the medical industry to join their dynamic remote team in South Africa.
Requirements:
- Must have Grade 12
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical role
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Availability to work set hours (15:00 – 24:00)
- Strong empathy and problem-solving abilities
