Call Centre Agent/Consultant
Debt Consulting/Counselling
R5000 - R6000 + Commission

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Age 25 - 40
1 - 2+ years of experience in Debt Counselling
Call center and sales experience will be beneficial
Tertiary education will be beneficial
Must reside in Pretoria Central or nearby
Computer Literate
Knowledge of I-Docs System
Enter client information onto the system
Nurture all leads in accordance with the training method received
Maintain outbound call volumes and be available to receive inbound calls
Strong people skills and must communicate clearly and professionally
Highly motivated and target driven
Must be able to work well under pressure
