Call Centre Agents (Debt Collection) Municipal & Government

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant certificate in Credit Management or Finance will be advantageous).
Minimum 2–3 years'''' experience in a debt collection environment, specifically dealing with government and municipal debtors.
Proficient in Excalibur (Predictive dialler; Power dialler; Click and dial).o Must have working knowledge and experience in SAP (Solar, Moonsoft and Sage -Advantageous)
Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
Computer literacy – MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

MUST HAVE debt collection experience government and municipal debtors.
