JOB SUMMARY:
Call Centre

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful Call Centre Agent will be responsible for:
" Timely, complete resolution of problems
" Scheduling of on-site visits by the Technical Engineers
" Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by professional technical assistance standards
" Managing the collection feedback data related to the products
" Effectively recording and management of incoming cases
" Acting as first-line in troubleshooting
" Maintaining data accuracy within the working systems
The Call Centre Agent will have:
" Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
" Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
" Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
" Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
NO EXPERIENCE WILL BE NEEDED AS WE PROVIDE TRAINING.
