JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You do not have to have worked in an office previously, but have exceptional communication skills and be able to learn computer systems.

Duties

Answering calls in a timely manner
Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email, updating details on systems whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Collating and posting of documents when required
Maintaining a consistent and energetic approach and building rapport with internal and external customers to establish customer relations.
To manage the customer through the lifecycle of their policy from quote/sales and inception and renewals to the claims process and all credit control functions, providing a one touch service.
