Well established law firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Call Centre Manager to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Experience working in a Legal Call Centre
Experience dealing with Banking Recoveries
1 Year Plus experience being in a Managerial Role over Call Centre Agents
Must have experience in Excalibur and preferably an administrator on Excalibur
