Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Call Centre Operator to serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, including service station operators. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is critical in ensuring efficient communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience in a call centre, logistics, petroleum, or related environment preferred
- Strong administrative and computer skills (CRM systems advantageous)
