Call Centre Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Recruitment Department seeks junior call centre specialists to join an energized, positive team. Must be Target driven and challenge driven. Must have a passion for people and sales, take initiative and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: • Uphold the brand and the perception of the brand in the market by ensuring a consistent high- quality customer experience when contacting businesses or private individuals by phone • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to avail of Copy Center services and product • Describe services and products • Respond to questions • Identify and overcome objections • Take the customer through the sales process • Obtain customer information

Requirements: • Matric or Equivalent • English – Fluently • Reside in or around Johannesburg • Excellent communication skills • Presentable • Friendly.
