JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for a candidate to in taking responsibility for the smooth running of our dynamic call center where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed

Receive Incoming emails from external customer base and internal emails
Capturing of orders and quotations submitted by the customer by email
Follow ups of quotations and outstanding orders.
Costings on special items

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric Certificate – accounting or mathematics is a must
Min of 2 years working experience in administrator role and or Internal sales environment.
Stable employment record
Knowledge in office, word and excel
Previous telesales experience
Certificates or Diploma in further learning is a plus, but is not required
