JOB SUMMARY:
Call Centre Team Leader - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Call Centre Team Leader to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's
Build and develop existing client base
Build and develop new potential business
Present, promote and educate clients across all company brands
Gather market related information, including opposition pricing and new product developments
Complete administrative duties as required daily, weekly and monthly
Sales experience would be preferred however not crucial
Sales and/or marketing education would be preferred however not crucial
Must have a valid driver's licence and own vehicle essential
Available to start immediately

Requirements:

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
At least 5 years Call Centre management experience
An honest person
Not afraid to work hard.
Someone who has perseverance.
High energy individual
