Looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team. This is a temporary position based in Durban, 

We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders accurately. Additionally, you will need to maintain customer records, follow communication scripts, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.Key responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Identifying customer needs and resolving inquiries promptly
• Processing orders, forms, and requests
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
