Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the villa and guest experience
Manage and motivate the front-of-house and housekeeping teams
Coordinate with kitchen and maintenance departments for seamless service delivery
Handle guest relations with professionalism and warmth
Ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene, and hospitality at all times

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in lodge or villa management (luxury experience essential)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and guest relations abilities
Confident in handling reservations, hosting, and admin duties

Package:
