Your core responsibility is to ensure that the targeted campaigns achieve their objectives. To develop, plan and execute on campaign strategies in the call centre. Manage and monitor data of all campaigns to improve overall efficiencies, create solutions that enable enhanced business performance.

The Campaign Manager will work with various stakeholders to create, execute and monitor performance of campaigns to meet targets.

POSITION INFO:
Manage and ensure that there is data for all campaigns in Company systems
o Set up and drive management of data processes to ensure that the dialler is working efficiently
o Monitor dialler to create efficiencies on campaigns in the call centre
o Track campaign and team targets on daily and monthly basis
o Requesting and working with data sets from different data warehouses
o Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
o Ensure campaign implementation follows client and company guidelines
Provide accurate and timeous reporting on all campaigns
o Setting up and designing new reports and ad-hoc reports
o Use data tools to provide insights and meaning to the Call Centre that is ultimately used to make
informed decisions and provide direction to the Call Centre
o Provide high level reporting on data trends that provide actionable insights that can be used to
improve business
o Summarize, collect and analyze call centre trends and data for regular performance reports
o Create and implement strategies for new campaigns
o Establish effective and collaborative partnerships within the Data team and other relevant IT teams
