Campaign Manager (Call Centre)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to join our Client.

The ideal candidate will possess intermediate Excel certification, impeccable attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Creativity in drafting new SMS or email wording is essential for success in this role.

As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing campaigns using various platforms, including Excalibur (experience with this platform is beneficial), RocketMailer, and RealConnect. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing data sets and utilizing your knowledge of the collections environment, with a specific focus on a Bank as a portfolio.
