JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a Construction Support and Finance provider to small and medium contractors, for Government Projects is seeking to urgently place a Professional SACAP registered Candidate A/E to start immediately:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Project management of project from inception to close out
All roles and responsibilities as outlined by SACPCMP (Procap stages)
Compilation of professional fee accounts
Administration tasks related to projects
Willingness to travel on an ad-hoc and frequent basis
Attending, chairing and minuting project meetings
Knowledge of building elements and providing on-site solutions
Coordination and management of a project team

Minimum requirements:

Gr.12 / Matric / N3
BSc Architecture degree
Registration at SACAP the South African Council for the Architectural Profession compulsory
Computer literate MS Office, Excel Pivots and Formulas, MS Project or similar and full Adobe Suite skill set
Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, JBCC contracts advantageous
2-3 Years’ consecutive A/E Project Management experience in the Infrastructure Construction industry
Afrikaans speaking and bilingual in English
Must have a valid driver’s license
