Our client, a well-established conveyancing firm, is seeking a Candidate Attorney/Articled Clerk to serve articles in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience and grow under the guidance of experienced conveyancers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with transfers, mortgage bonds, and other conveyancing matters.
• Draft documents, conduct property searches, and liaise with clients.
• Learn from experienced attorneys while gaining hands-on legal experience.

Requirements:

• LLB degree completed or in final stages.
• Strong interest in property law, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Drivers licence
