SUMMARY:
You will be well acquainted with sourcing of leads and real estate stock and have a sound understanding of the real estate industry.

POSITION INFO:

Are you at the top of your “Canvassing Game” when it comes to qualifying potential property sellers and buyers?

An opportunity has become available at one of the most influential, largest and award- winning realtors on the Atlantic Seaboard.

Requirements:

Matric/National Senior Certificate
Relevant Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
Previous experience within the property industry preferred
Proven track record of targets vs. achievements
Computer Literate (Ms Office Suite Applications)

Key Performance Areas:

Identifying potential clients and properties
Lead generation
Research properties
Contact lead prospects
Manage lead distribution
Manage all outbound calls and solve queries
Present qualified leads to sales agents for follow up
Capture relevant information onto database
Maintain strong relations with all team members

In return this opportunity will offer a permanent employment opportunity with a leading real estate team. Remuneration will include a Basic Salary plus an Aggressive Commission structure.
