POSITION INFO:
This is a confidential talent pool search for top-performing Capital Equipment Sales Professionals across multiple engineering industries.

Due to several active and urgent projects, we are mapping elite sales talent with proven experience selling high-value equipment and solutions into industrial markets.

If you thrive in complex, technical sales environments and close big deals, this is for you.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

â Proven capital equipment sales experience
â Strong technical or engineering background (Diploma/Degree preferred)
â Track record of closing high-value project or equipment deals
â Experience selling into mining, manufacturing, energy, construction or heavy industries
â Established client network is highly advantageous
â Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Selling large-scale equipment, machinery, or engineered solutions
Managing the full sales cycles, from specification to commissioning
Engaging with EPCMs, consultants, Plant Managers, and procurement teams
Managing long-term client relationships and repeat capital projects
Strong commercial, negotiation, and deal-closing ability
Ability to understand technical specifications and applications
