A challenging role for a Car Rental Supervisor at a thriving business. We are looking for a Senior Rental Agent with excellent leadership skills to take the reins and supervise a busy team. You will be required to manage staff, problem solve, control shift roster, and handle administrative tasks. We need someone who can think on the fly, work independently, and can drive performance and customer service. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL that you have a minimum of 3 years of Car Rental experience in a senior/supervisory role. Shift work (including weekends and public holidays) apply.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
3 Years of RECENT experience in a car rental - in a senior or supervisory role
Excellent planning and administration skills
Excellent Leadership skills
Team Orientated
Good computer skills (Excel)
Contactable references
Stable work history
