Car Sales Executive: New Car Sales

Remuneration Package: Basic Salary R11 000, Medical Aid (50%), Pension Fund Company Car, Fuel Allowance, Cellphone Allowance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: *Welcome and assist customers with their vehicle requirements. *Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles. *Conduct vehicle test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits. *Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, follow-ups, and dealership inquiries. *Negotiate vehicle prices and assist customers through the sales process. *Prepare quotations and sales documentation. *Work with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate vehicle finance and related products. *Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. *Keep up to date with vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions. *Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process. Minimum Requirements: *Previous vehicle sales experience, preferably within a motor dealership. *Valid driver's license. *Good communication and negotiation skills. *Professional appearance and confident personality. *Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets. *Computer literate. *Matric \/ Grade 12. *Experience in Kerridge\/Autoline will be an advantage
