Coordinate vehicle preparation, fitments, registration, and delivery.

Conduct detailed handovers, explaining vehicle features and completing all required documentation.

Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and handle any queries promptly.

Manage trade-in evaluations and finance settlements.

Maintain accurate deal files, showroom presentation, and daily activity reports.

Actively follow up on sales leads and maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.

Participate in team and regional sales meetings.
