Job Summary:

To manage a residential home providing long-term, respite and day care, and other related services, to vulnerable elderly people in accordance with Care and Support''s overall policies and objectives, using a person centred approach.

The Home Manager has full day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the home and is responsible for the quality of care delivered to the service users in the home; this will be in line with our clients Philosophy of Care.

The post holder will ensure the care provided complies with regulators and with our clients policies and quality systems
