SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Dynamic General Manager for our client in the UK

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Dynamic general Manage for our client who we provide a range of accommodation and services, including 24-hour nursing, luxury residential and specialist dementia care in our bespoke Community for up to 107 residents. We also offer respite and short-breaks for when you or a caring relative need a break from day-to-day life. Our home is a socially active community that resolves around superb facilities alongside first rate care.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced registered manager with a passion for elderly care.

Key Skills

* excellent leadership, organisational and management skills to build a strong foundation for our care home.

care home management, marketing and occupancy experience, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
Strong ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and create strong links within the local community.
proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home

Remuneration:

• Automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, with the opportunity to earn up to 100% of your salary

• 8% ER Pension Package

• Quality based bonuses up to £10k
