SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Dynamic General Manager for our client in the UK

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Dynamic general Manage for our client who we provide a range of accommodation and services, including 24-hour nursing, luxury residential and specialist dementia care in our bespoke Community for up to 107 residents. We also offer respite and short-breaks for when you or a caring relative need a break from day-to-day life. Our home is a socially active community that resolves around superb facilities alongside first rate care.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced registered manager with a passion for elderly care.

 Key Skills 

* excellent leadership, organisational and management skills to build a strong foundation for our care home. 

• care home management, marketing and occupancy experience, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines. 
• Strong ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and create strong links within the local community. 
• proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home 

Remuneration:

• Automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, with the opportunity to earn up to 100% of your salary

• 8% ER Pension Package

• Quality based bonuses up to £10k
