JOB SUMMARY:
LRA Case Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Attend to own professional correspondence and all related documents
Generate and remit Reports on time and maintain all files
- Allocate cases on CMS and manage all case file actions from start to end of process including review applications where necessary in accordance with all operating processes
- Apply the rules in the management of all files and processes
- Capture and schedule cases and notify parties of the set down date and file proof of service.
- Liaise with the CCMA and Labour Court/DOL where necessary
- Manage referrals from the referred stage to the closed status on CMS and run reports
- Maintain and attend to the Inbox timeously
- Allocate cases to Panelists timeously
- Prepare and compile all accounts for payment timeously
- Handle complaints and queries professionally
- Assist with Switchboard operation when necessary
- Maintain a CMO diary and ensure all record books are properly populated and up to date

Qualifications

A matric certificate and/ or equivalent academic qualification
Minimum 3 years administrative experience
Computer Literacy essential
- Prior experience or knowledge of the LRA and/or related legislation will be an added advantage
- Prior experience on the Case Management System will be an added advantage

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Requirements

Above average verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to withstand pressure and provide above average services
Must at all times be diplomatic, professional and assertive
Must have good organization skills
Must be a good team player and achieve all objectives as set out by the Managing Commissioner
Must be meticulous in carrying out all tasks/instructions
Knowledge of a Case Management System is an added advantage
