Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cashbook activities, including recording and reconciling financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage bank balances, ensuring appropriate funds are available for payments and operational needs.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of cash receipts, payments, and bank transfers.
• Process employee expense claims, verifying supporting documents and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing financial reports and reconciling cashbook balances.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the finance team and other departments, to gather necessary information and resolve queries.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cashbook operations.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years working experience
