Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times. Greet and assist customers in accordance with the Cash Crusaders customer service standards. Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately. Balance the cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the beginning and end of each shift. Promote current promotions and assist in achieving store sales targets. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional checkout area. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience. Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues where necessary. Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Assist with merchandising and maintaining high retail floor standards. Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed and priced. Assist with stock counts and stock control when required. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security measures to minimise losses. Accurately process refunds, exchanges, lay-bys, and other transactions in line with company procedures. Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system. Report any cash discrepancies or suspicious activities to management immediately.
