Costing and Menu Planning.
Hospitality and food safety qualifications.

Cost Controls.
Excellent communication and general leadership skills.
Team player and attention to detail.
Able to work in a pressured environment.
Passionate about food and service delivery.
Willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
Own transport and criminal clearance essential.
