Experienced Catering General Manager required to join an upmarket Catering facility in the Westville area.

POSITION INFO:

Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Computer literate.
  • Costing and Menu Planning.
  • Hospitality and food safety qualifications.

 

Added skills required:

  • Staff and HR Management.
  • Cost Controls.
  • Excellent communication and general leadership skills.
  • Team player and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a pressured environment.
  • Passionate about food and service delivery.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
  • Own transport and criminal clearance essential.
