POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Join a leading catering group serving clients across South Africa, from corporates to healthcare and hospitality. We deliver tailored catering and support services built on ethics, compliance and excellence.

Location: Claremont, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily catering operations and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of allocated sites.
Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams to achieve operational excellence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Plan and implement operational projects and process improvements.
Report on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Tertiary Culinary or Project Management qualification.
Minimum 8 years managerial experience (advantageous).
Strong food, administration, and financial management skills.
Excellent client relations and team leadership abilities.
Own transport and a valid driver’s licence required.
