Drive the financial performance of a thriving property centre!
Take full ownership of budgets, reporting, tenant billing, recoveries, and municipal accounts while ensuring profitability, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
Oversee tenant billing, recoveries, and municipal accounts.
Control accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, variances, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with lease agreements, audits, and policies.
Collaborate with property & operations teams to optimise performance.

Requirements:

BCom
3–5 years’ experience in property finance or centre management.
Knowledge of lease agreements & municipal billing.
Proficient in MDA/MRI/SAP
Detail-focused, analytical, and deadline-driven.
