JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Building Industry, has an opportunity available for a Centre Manager in the Bloemfontein area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Related tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or a Building Qualification
3 - 5 years’ Sales experience
People management Skills
Administrative experience (financial as well as stock control)
Computer literacy (MS Office)
JDE will be an added advantage
Building and construction industry experience will be an advantage
Product knowledge will be an advantage

KPAs:

Identify market opportunities and initiate actions
Develop these opportunities to ensure that Company grows and maintains market share
Foster customer relationships in your centre and the surrounding areas
Ensure ongoing customer visibility and promotion/sale of Company products
Motivate and develop staff
