Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable Afrikaans speaking male

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Matric or NQF Level 4 Equivalent

-Tertiary qualifications in A+ and N+

-Microsoft 365 Certified (Security Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and/or Messaging Administrator Associate)

-MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate) / MTCRE ( MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer) / MCSA (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations)

-2 to 4 years recent technical IT Support experience in Networking, VOIP, Backups, IT support and Internet a must

-Experienced in Office 365, RMM tool and 3CX Basic

-Experience in setup of Multiple Machines at time

-CCNA experience advantageous

-Must have worked on Servers and be able to maintain them

-Must have set up tenants from beginning to end

-Must have worked with cPanel

-Must have basic network skills and have worked on routers specifically Mikrotik and Fotigate

-Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direction.

-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must

-No Criminal Record and clean credit check

-Stable employment record and contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full IT Support (Backups, networking, VOIP etc.)

-Monitoring client networks daily, routine checks and maintenance on networks

-Troubleshoot computer problems and determine the source, and advise on or perform appropriate corrective action, onsite and remotely

-Configuration, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems (hardware and software)

-Maintain Servers

Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (Junior Level) / R 15 000.00 - R 20 000.00 gross (Intermediate level) / R 20 000.00 – R 50 000.00 gross (Senior Level)
