JOB DESCRIPTION:

Certification Officer (JB1524)
Century City
Market Related

Responsible for issuing of certificates and academic records according to educational policies and procedures.

Educational requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant Diploma
1-3 years’ experience as Office Administrator
Experience as an assessor
3 years at least experience in educational sector
MS Office Proficient

Duties and responsibilities:
Manage student and staff queries (walk in, written and telephonic) with regards to certification
Verify data on electronic student management system before dispatching data to universities and before issuing qualifications
Channel certificates/diplomas/degrees through correct authorities for signing off
Ensure secure keeping of templates and dispatch of certificates/diplomas/degrees
Ensure that all documentation is in the correct format and order
Manage all preparation for the annual graduation ceremony
Monthly reporting to assessment manager
