SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Certified SAGE ERP Application Support Analyst to administer, support and maintain business applications and databases. The resource must hold a degree in Computer Science or Financial Engineering

POSITION INFO:
Required qualification and experience:

Must have a Degree in Computer Science or Financial Engineering
5 years support in Sage CRM, Sage Evolution ERP and Microsoft SharePoint applications

Overall responsibilities:

Provide 1st line support to business users of Sage CRM, ERP Sage Evolution and Microsoft
Plan and manage releases of application updates
Coordinates service request, application issues and patches with the application owners
Manage licenses across all applications
Develop, test and maintain disaster recovery plan for enterprise applications
