Job Description:
A cutting-edge technology company in the logistics industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Certified Scrum Master looking to transfer their knowledge and skill about Scrum to a team, new to the Agile methodology. You will motivate and guide a development team that works from multiple product backlogs.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Analysis or similar field would be advantageous
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials or Agile Certification essential
- At least 2 years formal experience in a scrum master role
- Technical background
- Familiarity with software development life cycle
- Good knowledge of Azure devops
- Ability to structure and lead multidisciplinary and multi-level stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate in a non-technical language.
- Very good communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Servant leadership approach
