Location: Onsite – Pretoria, South Africa
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Project Kick-off: November 2025
Travel: Yes, within Gauteng

Purpose: We’re looking for a Certified Voice Expert to support voice infrastructure projects across multiple client sites. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in voice systems and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade voice solutions (PBX, VoIP, SIP, IP telephony).
• Configure and manage OEM voice platforms (e.g., Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX, Cisco CUCM, Avaya Aura).
• Integrate voice systems with LAN/WAN, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
• Lead voice transformation projects including migration to IP or cloud-based telephony.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, security protocols, and SLA requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams.
• Collaborate with OEM support and engineering teams for escalations and innovation.
• Travel to client locations for onsite implementation and support

• Certification in voice technologies: Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX, Cisco CUCM, Avaya Aura.
• 8+ years' experience with enterprise voice systems, protocols and enterprise-grade voice solutions (PBX, VoIP, SIP, IP telephony).
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
