SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Change Management and Organizational Development Specialist with 8 - 10 years experience for a 9 Months project

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications

Behavioral Science or equivalent qualification

Honours in related field

Change management certification (Prosci, Lean Change Management)

Professional membership in a Human Capital association

Experience

Progressive experience in a position responsible for developing and implementing change management and organization development programmes.

Experience in implementing organizational design, change management and employee engagement frameworks and tools, including talent and performance management

Experience designing and implementing programmes and strategies to support change management, organizational development, and organizational culture transformation.

Experience in agile methodology environment

Exposure in large scale workplace digitization projects (e.g., ERP, Modern Workplace, In - house systems)

Knowledge

An understanding of employee engagement that is beyond the theoretical and can demonstrate it with practical examples of how to improve it in the workplace.

An understanding of organisational design and development principles and concepts

Understanding of project management concepts and principles

Knowledge of local labour laws

Technical Skills/ Functional Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (O365 including MS Teams)

Report writing skills inclusive of data reporting

Ability to challenge and coach experienced Operations, Business Managers and Human Capital managers to develop new business leadership skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

Strong collaboration skills to work with a diverse set of roles and responsibilities across the business.

Strong consulting and client relationship management skills

Ability to influence and convince in situations without formal authority and to push back when appropriate

Ability to work with diagnostic tools, reports, data and information to develop evidence based solutions

Tendency to be curious and willing to learn

Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations

Conceptually strong whilst pragmatic and results-oriented.

An ability to grasp complex businesses issues, diagnose organizational problems and identify key stakeholders needed to deliver solutions
