SOLID UNDERSTANDING - PROSCI, ADKAR
CERTIFIED CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
PROJECT MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATIONS (PRINCE 2, PMP, PMBOK)
AGILE
5 YEARS PROVEN CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of principles and methodologies of change management
Excellent active listening, root cause identification and intepersonal skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others, move towards a common vision or goal
Flexible, adaptable and able to work in ambigious situations
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to perservere

The Change Manager Specialist will play a key role in ensuring mining IT Projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies, to maximize employee adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation. This will ensure an increase in benefits realisation, value creation, ROI the achievement of results and outcomes.
