Change Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Change Manager to work on a 12-month project contract.  He/She must have experience in working with project stream leads to identify,  processes, procedures that are impacted as a result of the introduction of new systems and therefore requiring change intervention.  Must have experience in implementing the principles and goals of Change Navigation.

POSITION INFO:
Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Change Management certification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Change Navigation
• Experience in Payments and Banking industry 
• Experience in leading Change Navigation
• Experience in facilitating meetings and consultations with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
• Experience and knowledge of change principles, methodologies, and tools

• Providing subject matter expert input to Project and Programme Managers to assist in the defining of the change approach based on assessing the type of change taking place.
• Providing guidance and oversight on the Change Navigation process to Divisions, to ensure a consistently applied process throughout business.
• Evaluating the programme change impact and organisational readiness to limit potential risk.
• Identify, manage and mitigate change management risks and issues for the project.
• Defining an effective Change Management plan and approach and ensuring the plan is thoroughly socialised in order to obtain buy-in and approval from relevant Programme and organisational stakeholders.
• Apply the change and project management methodologies to implement the change plan and manage any associated resistance.
• Adherence to programme reporting governance principles
• Work closely with the business, customers and key stakeholders to put in place plans to manage resistance to change
• Measure the effectiveness of change interventions on a continuous basis and through established change agent networks to take corrective actions
