SUMMARY:
Our external client based in JHB-CBD is looking for a Change Manager to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, apply a change management process, and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required in a project.

POSITION INFO:

Education & Qualification

4-5 years’ experience as a change manager on large scale technology projects
Change Management - Prosci practitioner certification

Role Responsibilities

Develop the internal communications and change adoption strategies and plans in line with the project.
Design, develop and implement appropriate communication efforts.
Accountable for the successful implementation and roll-out of adoption, engagement and communication plans, including messaging, drafting and designing communications, identifying audiences and channel management
Commission and produce required adoption, engagement and communication collateral across a range of media, including print and online
Content management lifecycle
Determine and manage Stakeholder expectations. Credible in stakeholder management, relationship building and ability to manage demanding and challenging projects, without losing sight of the bigger business strategy picture
