Change Manager - contract (2021_20)

SUMMARY:
Our external client based in JHB-CBD is looking for a Change Manager to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, apply a change management process, and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required in a project.

POSITION INFO:

Education & Qualification

• 4-5 years’ experience as a change manager on large scale technology projects
• Change Management - Prosci practitioner certification

Role Responsibilities

• Develop the internal communications and change adoption strategies and plans in line with the project.
• Design, develop and implement appropriate communication efforts.
• Accountable for the successful implementation and roll-out of adoption, engagement and communication plans, including messaging, drafting and designing communications, identifying audiences and channel management
• Commission and produce required adoption, engagement and communication collateral across a range of media, including print and online
• Content management lifecycle
• Determine and manage Stakeholder expectations. Credible in stakeholder management, relationship building and ability to manage demanding and challenging projects, without losing sight of the bigger business strategy picture
