Leading Financial Services firm seeks dedicated Change Mgt expert in restructured environment. Key role to provide specialist advice and project support in the implementation of business improvement changes. Enable the business to measure and improve the readiness of employees impacted by organisation changes. Looking for a professional Change Management Facilitator. Exciting Contract opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide sound advice and guidance to the business on improving organizational effectiveness during change initiatives.
• Design and maintain specific change management projects.
• Proactively solves problems, determines root-cause and applies solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders to develop and implement change management initiatives.
• Improve the quality, standards and outputs.
• Assist in the creation of training materials.
• Be instrumental in answering queries by employees regarding the change.
• Provide reports on change initiatives and their effectiveness.
• Coordinate training, change management, communications and activations.
• Design, implement and monitor area specific improvement programmes.
• Build relationships for purposes of expectation management and knowledge sharing.
• Provide positive support in implementation of major changes for the organisation’s renewal and growth.
• Communicate across the business to minimise resistance to change and ensure buy-in of target audiences.
• Puts customers first and responds quickly. Shows courtesy and empathy.
• Exchange information in a clear and concise manner appropriate for the audience.
• Explain, persuade and influence other to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Clarifies potential opportunities and consequences of proposed changes.
• Conduct research and gather information form various sources and validate research.
• Facilitate group activities towards and agreed upon outcome.
• Displays an understanding for accuracy relating to change management.
• Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Human and Social studies. Post Grad.
• Experience in Change Mgt with top Consultancy, Fin Serv firm or Corporation.
