SUMMARY:
Do you have a solid background in managing successful client journeys? Do you have a knack for establishing regular communication and visibility on times lines, risks and progress to ensure that client expectations are managed? A well-established tech company seeks your dynamic ability as a Channel Account Manager.

POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for managing the client and channel journey to ensure effective deployment and adoption of solutions in new regions. You will have a strong quality assurance focus, complete regular reports for internal and external circulation as well as monitor channel performance whilst reporting challenges to the COO as per SLA’s

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years software operations

Minimum 5 years client account management

Minimum 3 years software deployment across Sub Saharan Africa

Solid post deployment and Channel journey experience

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree
