Channel Manager

SUMMARY:
A market leading tech company is in search for a Channel Manager to join their company. Your main responsibility will be to manage the client and channel journey to ensure effective deployment and adoption of solutions in new regions.

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you will manage regional teams to ensure delivery of product implementations as per the client’s expectations

This will include continuous communication to manage the client or account, reporting, quality assurance, and proactively identifying potential challenges in the user adoption journey

You will also be required to introducing change management processes and methodologies to improve user adoption

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in software operations (Required)

Minimum of 3 years in software deployment (Required)

Experience in the ICT4D or telecommunication industry (Advantageous)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or related qualification (Required)
